so i have no clue about how much this would cost. it will be not so huge.. probably the smallest possible that is readable.. in probably just a pretty cursive writing.. about how much would you say this would cost?

Depends on the parlor. If it is not too difficult, probably the hourly minimum (which various from parlor to parlor). You should call around your area and find out.
