I have made payment and now money gone and can't get any respond from them anymore. Beware! Anyone know how to nail them down to stop them from cheating the public?

There are 2 catagories of products which are made in or exported from China that I try to avoid to buy,  electronic products and food products.  

For electronic products, especially those are manufactured by the local chinese factories, are really low in quality.  For food products, if they are also processed by the local chinese factories, beware of the industrious chemical stuffs that  are illegally added into the food products that may damage your kidneys.  These industrious chemical stuffs help the food products taste or look better or stay longer but are very bad to human&#039;s bodies.

If you paid by credit card or pay-pal, you can contact the credit card company or paypal for a refund, they would help you get the money back.

If they have an office in the USA, I don&#039;t know whether or not you are able to file this case to the small claim court of their area for a refund.  You can search the internet for more information.

as a fellow business owner. i am sorry for what happen to you. i can only give you this advise, put close attentions to web address containing slashes - or if their contact email is a hotmail account. chances are that the account could belong to a crook. just ask your self this question if the site or contact does not look professional then i that should raise a flag. again i am sorry for what happen to you.
