  1. First of all, nobody, not even a genius can predict an earthquake.

  2. Is NASA really interested in finding the way to save the people. I have not at all came through any government agency who really work for the safety of the people. I have complete documental and scientific proof for the warning issued by me 2 hours before Tsunami struck our coast. For issuing the warning my earthquake alarm designed by me in the year 2001 for a cost of just US $ 25 and my close observation on 26th Dec 2004 at IST at 6.30 A.M and my knowledge gained by reading the book by name Earthquakes author Bruce A Bolt helped me. I ran pillar to post to explain how it was possible when others failed .But the so called NASA or any other meteorological department never came out to find the fact. After about 3 years of my struggle some seismologist in our country and from some other country started to appreciate my inventions. As of now there is no fool proof method to predict the occurrence of earthquake. That is why I am doing research in early warning systems.

  3. Earthquakes are impossible to predict [as of the moment...]

  4. Anyone can predict an earthquake.  The problem is no one can predict with enough precision for the prediction to be useful.

For example, I could predict that there would be an earthquake on the San Andreas fault within the next 50 years.  I am certain that my prediction would prove to be correct but because it lacks precision, it would be virtually useless.
