Question:

Don't we want top experience in the captain of the ship aided by good lieutenants rather than Obama's reverse?

McCain is older and crusty, but totally a competent captain at the helm, with multi-faceted lieutenants like Palin in his ranks. If you're in a storm nearing shipwreck do you want the captain of the ship to issue

an eloquent speech inspiring the forces then turn to his mates to tell him what to do?

  1. How competent is Mcsame making a choice like that out of his short list picking the weakest link oh yea that's right alaska's taxes are payed for by Big Oil Guess you like paying 4-5 Dollars for gas because the energy policy isn't going to change

  2. Of course we do! You can't have two captains of one ship, so the next in command is typically in training to build upon a foundation of knowledge and skill though not for that particular ship.

Obama stands boldly speaking of what he would do, then quickly turns to those behind him to put meat on his bare bones broad strokes.

I'm voting for the ticket whose candidates have weather storms and fought off the perils to be highly respected among their peers.

McCaim and Palin have the right combination and are the winning

ticket.  Obama is like a little dog barking at the man's pant leg.

Biden will seem condescending and outdated compared to the

energetic sharp as a tack Palin.

  3. Palin is light years away from being a multi-faceted lieutenant. Two months ago she didn't even know what a VP does. Palin would be wearing the paper "Trainee" hat on the ship, asking everyone else what button to push.

And if you think McCain is competent, I have this bridge in Brooklyn that I'd love to sell you. Remember when he declared the mission in Iraq had been accomplished... back in June 2003?

  4. lets see, McCain was a bit of a maverick in the airforce, but he was an experienced P.O.W. He put himself in danger in the military being a renegade, Do we want a renegade for president ?

he's not a bad person, he's an old school cold war thinker, that bother's me.

and I'm not sold on Obama either, but remember, George Washington was appointed the job in which he reluctantly accepted, he had no real experience.

  5. How is a woman who has been in her job as governor of a state with a population of 670K for 20 months, and previously the mayor of a town of 6500 multi faceted, let alone considered qualified to be at the helm of a ship that holds 300 million people? She's a deck swab....
