Ugh. When I was a waitress, I saw people eat everything but the bone itself, cartilage etc. Really gross.

In front of people, yes.  Home, no.  I got that from my brother in law.  He's a total Harley guy, but refuses to "gnaw meat off a bone, we're not Neanderthals".
