person to answer someone's riddle and they still give the best answer to someone else.

yur asnwer is right but yu have to put mre humour to yur asnwer..like say that was funny or somfin cuze some people and me like to choose answwers that have fun in it.....

Actually, Robert C was the first with the correct aswer of "just one".  "You" doesn't tell how many were going there, except by inference, therefore isn't the best answer.  The "best answer" chosen also didn't provide the number going to St. Ives.  So the asker liked the riddle given by the chosen, that doesn't mean it's the best answer.

You should have got the second one.

But, yeah.
