Question:

Don't you hate this feeling? ?

I traveled across the country to see my extended family and friends, and got home today, and I feel totally sad! Sad might actually be an understatement, but after coming back from a trip where I see my family, I usually feel this way (totally missing them and wanting to go back) for about a week after coming back, and then I get back to normal.

It's gotten better now, but as soon as I got off the plane, I felt like I was going to sink into depression--I didn't have the energy to even move.

Do you feel this way as well?

  1. When we visit my grandparents, I usually get bored, but when we leave, and we're in the car, and they're down on the street waving at us until we can't see them anymore, yes I feel that way, because they won't be there for ever.

  2. I see what you mean,

my parents live miles and miles away from me,

its sad feeling but it goes away and then back to normal,

when you're back you can get to talk to freinds to feel better,

    thats life!

  3. Yeah but you just have to think about happy things. Try to avoid the thought that you've left them.

    You'll see them soon enough!!

  4. ALL THE TIME! lol

it goes away soon don't worry try to keep contact with them like phone or web cam.

  5. No.  I am happy to get home after visiting my family!  But it's probably the difference between my family and yours!

  6. Whoaa. I feel that all the time.

But then I completely forget about the relatives and go back to by daily life.

    It's quite ironic...
