  1. The mass media were against Ken because he was an easy target.  He did a good job while his weak areas were exposed and his mistakes blown way out of proportion.  Ken had to set up the framework for the post, which can't have been easy.  I'm sure that Boris will complain about everything, then work very well within exactly the same systems.  That's how politics works.

  2. I like Boris, but I have to agree with Arnold Swarzenegar (sic) and call him a bumbling idiot.lol He means well, but listen to his voice. He part of the elite, there will never be radical change with someone like that.

  3. I watched the 'Who do you think you are?' on him the other night. When you filter out all the 'Gosh's and 'Crikey's, he is quite an intelligent and articulate man. I think his reputation for making gaffes comes from the fact that he has no delay circuit between his mouth and his brain - you can hear the guy thinking!

And of course, he is descended from just about every crowned head of Europe!

  4. He strikes  me as a being a lovable clown .

  5. why because he is slightly comical? all i care about is cheaper living in London so if he can somehow achieve that, then i will love him

  6. the whole world is scratching its head in amazement

  7. I utterly agree with you. He is great at what he does and seems like  really funny bloke.

  8. he is awesome i like the fact that he just says what he thinks, i'd rather have that than him talking BS all the time like all other politicians not to mention he got a first at oxford the guy isn't an idiot he is highly inteligent and when he is being serious you can see he is a very clever man. i would actually like him to be prime minister one day. but alas all the good ones go to london

  9. I just love this man i bet he's great to be around.

  10. Yes, it's like comparing an open panorama with a jungle of twisted vines harbouring all sorts of lifes nasties.

  11. Yes of course he is.  The only problem really is the direct drive between his brain and mouth - he should probably take a few seconds to give a considered response !

Oh and to the ' well I like him' response above - that old chestnut eh ?  That's a cunning way of saying nobody else does and making yourself look good at the same time !  Nice try but no cigar !

  12. The man achieved a First at Oxford which is not easy. I have long suspected that the bumbling, the gaffes, and the dishevelment are an act and now it looks as though I might have been right. Go Boris!

  13. so what has he actually done?

  14. Definitely not Tory leadership, but he's a breath of fresh air in politics - although it's not exactly fresh since he's been around for so long.

  15. i have  2 w0rds 4 u      **** y0u
