Don't you just love hypocritical bosses..?

Question

like I do every morning before ANY of the guest come down. I sit out front and have a bit to eat. Something small so if someone does by chance come down I can get up right away to help them..

My boss on several occasions has sat down with me. At NO time has she EVER said ANYTHING about this.

well. today, Like it did yesterday and the day before that I sat down with my toast and started to eat.

Boss comes over and says "oh my god what are you doing".? I look at her and say 'eating..Why?" she looks at me as if I am peeing on the floor. "you know you are not suppose to be eating out front, what if a guest sees you."?

I did not respond to her I just got up and went in the back.

I found this strand and funny all at the same time, cause just two day earlier Her AND I were eating out front TOGETHER. WITH guests walking around us..

And when I say boss, She is THE boss. No one is higher then her, so this would not be something new that come from the higher ups..She IS the higher up.

Right now as I am typing this I can see her out front SITTING at a table EATING...!!

What a boss I have.. don't you think..?

rule #2 if the boss is wrong then refer to rule # 1

i have to eat where they say eat drink where they say drink but only when they lookin

Give her a big well-deserved Whatever.

Do as she says.

There is NO subtle hint imaginable that won't offend her.

You can't say 'eat on I'll distract the clients' or something.  You will look like a Smartypants.

She has to figure this out herself.  Chances are she won't.

She's not hypo - she's just thick.

Leave it, do as she says.  It's not worth it.
