Question:

Don't you love it when someone asks a question of your faith and then you find you are blocked from answering?

Do you suppose it is because you are capable of answering honestly and well and they are really trolling for people who agree only with them?

God bless you anyway.

  1. I certainly would find that person the sort who likes to limit their options...my guess is you've bested the person one too many times...

I'm pretty new here - using my husband's account - how do you know if you're "blocked"?  Does a warning sign pop up or something?

He can be a bit rough sometimes, I'll bet he's gotten some people blocking him...he really hates it when people get on about his being a Catholic...it's the Irish, he's got it on both sides of the family...

ADDED LATER:  Thanks...I haven't ran into that yet tonight, but I've just gotten started...

  2. I think some are spiritually "not there"; so they'll prance around with their "no, science can explain this" or "it's illusions..or delusions".

Also, some don't like the way it sounds; it questions the very flimsy ground they stand on...possibly.

People have to know God comes in not just one manifestation; so let people God love the way they do.

  3. I find people do this to those who refute them. They block them so they don't get the refutation when they repeat the question the next time.

  4. Some folks just can't handle the thoughts and opinions of others that don't agree with their own...blocking you is their way of sending  you to h**l, more or less

  5. I've answered a few questions here and never had that happen once.  On the other hand unless the poster is outright rude and inconsiderate I generally try to keep an even tone and post non-judgmentally even if the information I'm presenting contradicts what they believe... although, I find when I post in a christian heavy thread and include actual christian history I tend to get many many thumbs down heh.

I've personally never blocked anyone, I figure even from the most contaminated tap there might eventually be a drop of fresh water.

  6. Trolling, usually

Not necessarily always for people agreeing, sometimes just to get a few bashes in without people pointing out everything false they are saying.

  7. don't know, I've never blocked anyone...least of all someone who could answer my questions.

but i get blocked endlessly, by those who hear my questions.

  8. yeah it's way too funny to find that you've been blocked from answering a question of your own faith.

  9. You hit the hammer right on the nail with that question

The only one who blocks me is Aussie gob and I don't care because I block him as well

  10. That's because they are trolls who only want people who answer there rants that back up there views or rants should I say!.

LOL I have just been blocked by that AussieGob too he is A Catholic hating troll if I ever saw One. LOL Talk about the irony of what I just stated, he blocks those who do not agree with his rants, Pathetic if you ask me!.

  11. you know what's funnier?

some fundie asking for atheists' answers and blocking everyone(who is an atheist) who answers it.

  12. Are we talking about the pathetic Troll AussieGob?. He blocked me too LOL even though I have not entertained that troll in a while with an answer, he is not worth my time. He just rants without substance about believers especially Catholics and blocks them so his little following who adheres to his ego only answers and backs up his stupidity, Or he links our Profiles to his rants.

Yep he is but then he is on my block list anyway as he tried stalk my account!.

  13. I haven't had that happen about religion, I've had it happen with other stuff and it was when I disagreed with the troll and they only want people to reply who'd agree with them and go further with the ignorance

  14. Yes, I love it.
