  1. that's the most hilarious thing i've heard, and that has got to be the worst company to deal with ever, every time you call you get different answers from different people, after being put on hold forever, and every so often they send you bills that read " in an effort to serve you better, we're raising all our prices and in return will continue to provide a substandard service that you in turn will have to tolerate because we have a monopoly in your area....


  2. no, because everytime i call i get to speak to someone in Mexico that doesn't know what i'm talking about.

    they never get it right, it takes at least 3 phone calls.

    why isn't this question in jokes and riddles?

    uhh...... no?  I lived in GA for 6 months and dreaded everytime I had to deal with them.  But things are not better here in MO, and I think customer service as a whole has gotten a lot worse overall in all areas.

  4. No, but they are getting better. It still takes them to long to come and fix problems with individual accounts. They also charge extra if they have to run cable (which they put in) to support their new technology i.e. digital. However if there is a problem with storm damage or car accidents disrupting their service they are quit prompt.
