Question:

Don't you think if you oppose Israel's existence, you are calling for genocide of Jews? It's the same thing?

Do you really believe that Palestinians will live peacefully with Israelis? Why don't they take the land given, like they were given in '49, and deal with it themselves? When they did, the elected Hamass...maybe if we dropped the P.C. rhetoric on cultural and moral relativism and realized that some cultures and religions are better than others and that's reality, not bias, we would have a starting point for change.

  1. Jews purchased the land from the Ottoman Empire.  Probably some guilt over Hitler's attrocities also added to forming the state of Isreal.  I think that Muslims in general have to get over the idea that once a country is Muslim, it will always be.  They claim lands including Israel and Spain.  I do think we may need to force that little notion from their heads.  The anti semitic (odd term since they are as well) predudice that comes from the Arab world is extremely similar to n***s before the holocaust.  They seek scape goats IMO to treat their wounded egos, wounded because of the prosperity and freedom of jews in Israel and the US.

  2. Not at all, Israel is a pirate state stolen from Palestinians. The nation of Israel is directly responsible for all instability in the mideast. The worst ally the U.S. has is Israel, murderers of countless palestinians by reason of a collection of essays (the old testament) written  over 2000 years ago. Let Israesis live in france and give Palestine back.

  3. The only time a religion or culture is better than another religion or culture is when it belongs to you and that is reality, not bias. The Jews were a people destined to roam the earth like a man without a country. I'm not saying I think it should be that way as I have Jewish friends whom I dearly love, but until they were given Isreal after WWII they were still roaming. They have suffered genocide before and they still exist and I pray they will always exist. Isreal is not in a piece of land, it is in the hearts of the Jewish people where ever they happen to be.

  4. They should put a bunch of jelly beans in a jar and make each group pick a number of beans.  The group with the closest number wins the land and the other group has to live in the middle of the ocean on barges.  End of conflict.

  5. No, opposing the actions of a state is no where near to the same thing as advocating the extermination of a race of people. Some Jews for some reason like to intergrate their religion and athnicity with the state of Israel. The two aren't the same. It's possible to disagree with the way a nation conducts its business and still not hate its people. By the way, Judaism is not better than Islam and Jews are not better than Arabs. You ARE racist and people like you are the reason this world is so violent and non-progressive.

And as far as Nazism is concerned, the state of Israel shares more in common with National Socialism than any other state existing today except perhaps Austria.

  6. Israel was formed on land taken from the Palestinians.  I would be angry if some government took my land and gave it to someone else.  The land that Israel now occupies has religious significance for Moslems as well as Jews and Christians.  All three religions have as their basis the Ten Commandments maybe not worded the same, but, the same meaning.  Radicals, on all sides, have corrupted their religion thus causing most of the problems.  But, the basic problem was taking the land away from one group and giving it to another.

  7. It always come back to money.  Israel has some, the Palestinians don't (except for the leadership, whether it be Fatah or Hamas).

I have often wonder why - instead of fighting the Israelis for generations - don't the Palestinians invite or entice some major international company to open shop, employ everyone who wants a job, the economy takes off, and - as if by magic -no self-respecting Palestinian would be interested in blowing themselves up in order to enjoy the afterlife, when the here-and-now is so much better.

That's because their leaders are fanatics.  I recently read a great quote about fanaticism, but I cannot remember where:  Fanatacism means redoubling your efforts when you have lost sight of your goal.
