... if the Special Brew drinking 'urban campers' i see enjoying their hobby around britain's city centres slept at home?

I've no doubt it's fun having a dog on a string, and laying next to a paper cup full of coins, but i think when the weather's cold and rainy they'd be better off staying at home.

I never give money to people with dogs, as I figure if they can afford a dog, then they can afford to eat.

I found out later that they actually pay to hire a dog to sit with them while they beg.
