Come on, everybody should go ahead and agree with me that Kobe is the deal, and no body can top him. No he dont need Shaq, he is just still trying to get used to not playing with him. I mean yeah Shaq WAS the best center in the nba while playing with the Lakers, and since he left Kobe's been trying to figure out how to get that 4th ring. He almost had it this passing season but it didnt work, so I see next season as his year. Now he knows the last piece to the puzzle because of the lesson learned from losing to Boston. So let's stop all this hater talk. Yes, Wade is back but so what? He's not good enough to the top the best. And he doesnt need Shaq to win, so Shaq, yeah, he will be tasting his own butt really soon! So tell me: why do u think it's Kobe's time?

Yes i strongly agree with you, I'm a Kobe fan too, and I'm tired of people saying that Kobe sucks, and deep down in their heart they know that Kobe can probably take the whole team all by himself.

im a huge Kobe fan , and i dont see why they cant win it this year , the team will have a whole season playing together , hopefully odom can actually play consistently , though he never has , and if they could get through the tough West playoffs , they could win the title , # 4 for the reigning league MVP

And Kobe is still getting used to play w/out Shaq?? That was about 3 or 4 years ago!! He sure takes a long time getting used to not playing with him.!!

Basketball is a team sport... No ONE man will EVER be able to do it alone....

Jordan had Pippen and a pretty solid team.

Shaq had Penny Hardaway then Kobe Bryant then Dwayne Wade...

Kobe is the best player at his position... Jordan was great but what a lot of people dont realise is that he lacked a 3pt shot.... Kobe Bryant DOES NOT... He hits those 3s even with people on him... And when its a shot that really counts you always want the ball in kobes hands...

I wouldnt be suprised if he gets ANOTHER MVP...
