no i think the all blacks management team choose from the crusaders team...which is why they won quite every match they played

They have a great system there to develop their young players. Most of them come from the Canterbury region anyway.

no. about 90% of the crusaders players have been born and raised in the chch area. its the systems they have in place down there also the attitude is way better towards dicipine and work ethic.
