  1. Can't be worse than the brainchild we've got in the oval office now.  Seriously, my dog would have done a better job.

Three neurosurgeons are at a party...they're all bragging about their accomplishments.

The first one says that he reattached someone's legs after a railroad accident.  Now that patient is going to run the NYC marathon.  The others nod.

Not to be outdone, the second one says "Well, I reattached a guy's hand.  It was almost completely severed.  Now he's going to play a concert at Carnegie Hall."

The third one, however, tops both of them.  "There was a ranching accident a few years back and I fixed up the patient.  It was really bad...all that was left was a horse's a** and a cowboy hat.  Now, it's president!"

    Thank you and goodnight.

  2. Bad analogy.  He is a US Senator, before that a State Senator.

Compare his background to Abraham Lincoln:

    In the Illinois HOUSE

TWO years in the US HOUSE

    IN THE 1840's!

Then in 1860, having been out of politics for over a decade after his brief time in it, he ran for President. Famous for being an orator.

  5. yes i think he has a long way to go

  6. He would be better able to qualify as an African American (As a Brit I believe that means black) if both parents were black. Why does everyone refer to him as the likely first black president when he is of mixed race; white father, black mother. He could, on the same reasoning be referred to as a white contender. Have we all lost the ability to call a spade a spade?

  7. I tend to agree with ya...as per the comparisons that others want to make with Lincoln...gee do we want another civil war?
