Don't you think this is the real reason vocal Republicans say the economy isn't that bad?

Let's face it. I own a business and I've worked in corporate America. When it comes to anything other than blue collar work, your American "Republicans" are typically your "old time" corporate politicians. They always started "way back when" and "before dem der college degrees wuz necersary". So, they naturally hold on to their dear jobs with white knuckles. They play politics and sweat every layoff and will throw a knife in anyone's back if it means they get to keep their jobs. They do this because they know the chances of them getting a good job being old and uneducated is highly unlikely in the very economy they voted in - BushCo. They've been doing this for almost 30 years now. So, yes many have lost their jobs but not enough to make a real impact in their ignorant voting "mentality". My guess is that if things continue for another 8 years or so as they have been there is going to be some kind of revolt. Especially when all the vast scores of uneducated baby boomers attempt retirement. Your thoughts?

Well I do think the republicans can only keep s******g up the nation for so long before people start to complain.  I guess that much ought to be fairly obvious.

I don't know where you are from but all my friends have jobs and so does all of my family.  Four have already graduated from college and 2 had above 9.4 average and are working on their masters!  However I have heard of some people being book smart but brain dead and that sounds like you with your stupid accusations.  Not everyone wants to go to college.   All white collars and no blue collar workers would never work.  So quite your ranting about uneducated people.  I would like to buy you for what your worth and sell you for what you think you are worth.  I don't usually talk this way but you asked for it!

What kind of business do you own? What are your overhead costs? Where in corporate America did you work? What was your job title there?

My guess is you're some partisan hack that works a low paying 9-5 job and has no college degree himself.

Tell me, what is the whole concept of the economy based upon? If you were in corporate America, you would know this, as it is in economics 101.

You owning a business is as likely as Obama being against welfare.  BTW, operating a paper route is not truly considered owning your own business.  LOL, keep up the silly questions, on some level I get a kick out of them.

I don't know where you come from, but my experience is exactly the opposite.

My parents were long term blue collar democrats, and I'm the first in the family with a college degree.  Education gave me the smarts to be a conservative and my kids are educated.
