Don't you think this will help maria sharapopva?

I think maria sharapova should start playing little bit of doubles now which should help her in improving her serve and also help her in improving her game at the net which is worse than a school kid right now!!

Generally that's a great idea. The thing is, I don't think Maria gets along with anyone. She yelled out an expletive about her fellow Russian, Dinara Safina in the recent French Open. That suggests that she is perhaps not hte most agreeable person you'll ever meet. Who would want to be her doubles partner?

I see your point, doubles improves net games. If she has time to play doubles between her shoulder injury, and her schedule.

Whoever she plays doubles with, whether it's a man or a woman there will be a rumor that she is dating them!

Well, she could be my partner if she couldn't find anyone else.  Doubles might improve her game, but she might not hold up physically to all that playing.

She tore her right muscle and it takes a LONG time to heal. I think it never healed properly and it will always cause her game to be in jeopardy.  I think Doubles would only exacerbate the problem.
