Don Sullivan's "The Perfect Dog"...has anyone had success with this?

well, i can and will say one thing:  his theory has one serious flaw.

in saying that only subordinates relinquish food, he is seriously over looking the fact that when a pack of dogs catch/kill food, the alphas eat FIRST.  which means....guess what...the subordinate members eat second, third, fourth, and so on.  so...in giving your dog his food, or a treat, or his toys, its actually showing that YOU..THE ALPHA...have them first, and now he can have his turn.   so...i'd have to say its c**p, he's c**p, and his training collar is c**p.

To my pet (dog) it worked well.

I followed all the instructions, and everything is perfect.

Why don't you ask some friends to have more info?
