I rate Donald Tsang, the chief executive of Hong Kong in the followings.
1) Integrity, 2. He is not worthtrust in comparison to western civilized politicians. What all he said in the past years are just baloney. Improvement of air quality. Getting worsen. Bridge the poor and rich gap. Getting widened and more poor Hong Kong citizens,and in particular to many senior citizens are life go stale.2) Public policy and public concern. He doesn't give a d**n to the aged and disadvantged. No basic pension for aged. His absolute power has demonstrated as if he is king's ****. How can a developed city no universal suffrage? Only Hong Kong allows this! 3) The deeds and behaviour of a good politician or a smatr-assed politician. I rated him as a bad politician but he is a smart *** indeed. Can any quote what he did as a smart-assed politician in the past years? For instance, he said that th air quality is improving, everyone knows it's lie. I don't make big money for i don't live in big house.
