i'm trying to find the biggest REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS in Latin America and Central America - i.e. real estate moguls who build condo’s, houses, hotels, offices.

Its not Donald Trump.

By the way, you can either say "Central and South America" or just "Latin America" because Central America, South America and some countries in the Caribbean are PART of Latin America and is just sounds redundant the way you say it.
