Why donate to a foreign country, when there are plenty of charities in the US that you could donate to. The Chinese people are being displaced by their own government. That government is and has offered re-location and built homes and entire communities for these people, granted it is a sad situation to be forced from your community, but the government of the Chinese people decided it is in the best interest of all the Chinese to have built the Three Gorge Dam. Keep in mind the Chinese government holds notes from the US for trillions of dollars, at any time the Chinese can demand payment and when we can't produce payment we would be left a bankrupt nation, then do you think that countries would come to our help and bail us out the answer is NO, so don;t send your money to a foreign country keep it here where it is needed.
