Done a preg test this morn....?

it was positive, then done it another an hour later but neg. whats that all about? its most annoying!

If you are only just pregnant the 1st test probably picked up more of the hormone that is needed for the test, the second obviously didn't have as much of the hormone. Do another test tomorrow morning, do it with your first morning urine.

this happened to me! i went to the doc they done a blood test & it came back negative but the doc told me to wait & monitor how my period is this month! then go bak to him!

Do another one, tomorrow morning would be best i think. If it comes back as a negative, i would go to the doctors and explain to them that you have had a positive test and a couple of negatives and ask if they could do a blood test to double check because you are unsure still. There are very rarely false positives. Good Luck

What made you try it twice ? Your first morning pee is the most correct . Call the Doctor and make an appoint to be sure .

they say a positive is a positive but a negative doesnt mean negative.... if you get a positive it wouldnt be for no reason :)

Hi it might be that you are only just pregnant, as they always say to do a pregnancy test first thing in the morning as this is when the pregnancy hormone is more accurate then after that its not as accurate etc.

I know that when I was pregnant I did a test and it was negative so I thought I wasnt pregnant, I then left it a month later missed my period and did a test first thing in the morning and as soon as I peed on the stick lol oit showed I was pregnant, I did 3 to check and all of them said positive.

I would go and buy 1 more and try again tomorrow morning, or you can always just to go the doctors with a urine sample and get them to check and ring up for the results as they are the most accurate.

I would do another one or get one done at the doctors but normaly you cant get a wrong positive.

wait 24-48 hours and then test again your hormone level increases eevery 24-48 hours

if you read the box i think it says you'd have to go double check with a doctor if it's positive anyway.

If you are early in your pregnancy, there may not have been enough HCG built up in your urine after only an hour.  You need to take the test first thing in the morning or after holding your urine for at least 4 hours without drinking an excessive amount of water.  Either way, if the first test was positive, that's the one I would believe.  False positives are almost unheard of.  Congratulations!

pregnancy tests are not always accurate. i would go to the docter to check it out. i know you might be underaged but wouldnt you rather no the results or .. try a different brand of a pregnancy test.

Read the instructions on the box. If you need results and are unhappy about the first one try again. Usually it is the first specimen in the morning. If this is not good then go see your OBGYN.

with the first test, was it your first pee of the morning?  cause if so, it would have more of the hormones that the test are looking for, and then the second test would have less just because it was as concentrated and might not have been able to detect anything.  its always best to test first thing in the morning for that reason
