My USB port burn up and burned up my Donegal for the Digitizer 10000 version 1.3. Janome said they would not replace it since I bought the Digitizer 10000 on the internet and it was an illegal sale. Does that mean I can no longer use my Digitizer 10000. It came new in a box that was sealed.
