That's weird because they're actually known for showing their true feelings all the time.  They may not express things how they really should because they're worried about hurting someone's feelings.

Not exactly.  I'm a Cancer, and while I may not come right out and tell someone how I really and truly feel, there will be hints and a round about way of me getting it out there. Most Cancers are indirect because we would rather not be rejected if it's possible. If we feel secure within a relationship we will open right up. If we're unsure about how someone else will react, or how someone else feels about us, then we will not be the first ones to let our feelings show. There has to be confidence that our feelings are going to be valued and returned before we'll say a word.

Yes and no...depends on their moods.  But they tend to be introverted, yes.  However, they also tend to be sensitive and empathic.  Basically...good with other peoples emotions, not so great with their own.

Yes that is a trait of Cancers. But it really depends on the persons chart, I'm a Cancer my ascendant is Sagittarius  and I can be very open about my feelings and very blunt.

It really depends on the situation too, because I can sometimes shy away from being open. But like I said I think it has to do with other influences on their chart if they do it all the time or not.

honestly it depends on the moon placement. some can show their moodiness if they have a earth ot water sign in their rmoon or even a fire sign, but can be e motionally detatched if they have an air in their placement. sometimes, they can go in their sheel, and act moody. the moon show this more than the sun, so consult a chart.
