  1. you just keep your legs separated and bend your knees and god up and down. Some people like going very down and then jumping. If you don't do the jump there isn't much cardio workout but it is still great for upper thigh muscle building and will help you jump higher.


  2. Bending at the knees with your upper body upright. With or without extra weight. A fantastic cardiovascular excercise, when done in good form.
