Dont u think Pet shops are selling unfair?

Question

They put dogs in the cage front of window, they put dogs there to make people sad, poor and they feel they want to rescue the dogs to buy and rescue them. I t is so cheat!

yes it is cruelty,here in uk ,pet shops are not allowed to sell cats or dogs,
