if you dont use your debit card will you get a bad credit score?

  1. Use your debit card, don't use your debit card. It won't make any difference unless there is something I don't know about.

    I don't believe a debit card effects your credit.


  2. Prepaid credit cards like these: http://tinyurl.com/prepaidccs will not affect your credit score. You put money in the account and you can only buy stuff worth the amount in your account.

    That's pretty much it.

  3. Debit cards are really like electronic checks....but they are deducted pretty quickly from your account. Debit cards will not allow you to withdrawal more than what is in that account at the time of the transaction so there is nothing that can affect your credit score. (Credit cards are a way for you to borrow money to be paid back to the lender at a later day, debit card is a way of directly debiting from your savings/checking account)l.

  4. No, whether or not you use your debit card has nothing to do with your credit score!
