The shortstop position is so lopsided in the AL/NL???

The NL has Ramirez, Reyes, and Rollins

The AL has virtually no one..

Someone like Derek Jeter (weird to say, he may be the 2nd best shortstop in the AL.(M.Young))will get in for the AL, while someone like Miguel Tejada might not get in (dont go on about him using steriods, im just proving a point that Jeter is sucking this year and Tejada is having a great season)???

I mean granted i am not looking forward to the All-Star game that much because Ichiro will probably me our only Seattle representative this year (and yes i agree we only deserve one because we have the worst record, and i think if we had 2 i think it would be unfair to other teams)

  1. I see Tejada getting in. Last time I checked he was ahead of Hanley in votes.

  2. Your absolutely right. Someone might get screwed just like Hanley Ramirez did last year.

I would hate to see Tejada not make it because of the "one player from every team" rule. He deserves it more than Jeter by far, but Jeter will start for the AL.

Hopefully everyone who deserves it will at least make it as a reserve.
