The people financing this thing makes me believe its a bunker for all the cowards in the world that can't stand a little global catastrophy.

Has it's purpose, just as the "bunker" we keep all plagues, diseases, etc. stored in, in case we need to remix vaccines.....(black plague, ebola, diptheria, polio, etc.)...stored in Maryland.
