The door won't stay closed and the microwave won't turn on. The button to open the door is stuck in the open position (pressed in) and the button won't pop out when I try to close the door, so the door won't stay closed.
How do I remove the panel where the door opening button is located so I can get to the release? Is this my problem?

I was sitting on my couch one day and my microwave door just swung open! I went to close it, but it won't stay shut. It's like it won't catch. Since I don't know much about microwaves, I'm not sure what could have gone wrong. The 800 number for sharp is useless...HELP!
