Door lock not working?

near side door not working off central locking on my Citroen's Berlingo multispace. 2001 diesel. Does anyone know how I can fix it.

Prob needs a new lock.

Might have a lose spring. Can you still lock it with a key? If not, take off your door panel and have a quick nose around.

Or just drive to your local garage. Doesn't sound like it's anything major.

Sounds like a bad door lock motor. Will have to replace it.

On the edge of the side door are a set of spring loaded contacts, and a matching plate that they meet with. Clean them thoroughly with switch cleaner, alcohol or nail varnish remover.
