There's also a cat in there, but it was supposed to be in there because I had a friend coming over. The thing is, we went in there for some catnip for our other cats, but when we left we apparently locked it somehow. Now we're locked out (no key that I know of) and the way that the door is angled, we can't use a credit card or anything.(the lock) So now the door is locked and I don't know if we still have a key to unlock it. Parents will be home soon???

PS. Why is there a door lock or turn lock w/e on a door so you can get locked out? I understand the sliding locks and the chains where you have to be inside to lock it, but it just seems kinda stupid to be able to be locked out of a room in my house.

  1. Use a penny.that is wat i do.

  2. if the hinges are on the outside, you can take the pins out of the hinges, and remove the door.

    Hope that helps. good luck...

  3. It's an interior door? If there is a lock then  your parents probably do have a key.

Are the hinges on the inside or outside? The pins can be knocked out if you can reach them.
