Question:

Door stuck open

I bumped the door for my Dell PC's DVD Sony NEC Optiarc Model ND-3570A burner and now it's stuck open, I opened the side panel and unplugged the ribbon connectors and pulled out the unit but can't figure out what to do????
Is it a goner??
