Dopod 838 camera fail

Hi guys, can any1 kindly help me? my camera for my dopod is not working and only shows "unable to start camera. unable to initalize camera" Can someone kindly help me how to make this work? pls mail me at bryanbruto888@yahoo.com THANKS A LOT!
