Doro Home cordless phone not working

Question

Hi could some one give me a steer in how to overcome a problem with our home phone. The handsets have a flashing anttenna though do not pick up any dial.
When you ring the number it appears to continue to ring though you do not hear it live in house.
Please advise of how I may overcome the issue.
