The reigning Bundesliga champions have issued a warning to the right-wing fans that they will not tolerate racism, insisting it is against their policy to withstand such behaviour
The German double winners’ Borussia Dortmund board members have told the supporters that they will not stand for any form of racism in the stadium. Moreover, not even any kind of discrimination will be tolerated in the stands as
it defies the club’s principles.
The Black Yellows have faced several problems from the right-wing supporters since the start of the current season, but the German side has now stressed that these will be reviewed seriously and will be dealt with soon.
Chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke claimed that they will not accept this kind of attitude from fans in 2013. He said the Bundesliga outfit will oppose any idea of violence, racist groups or discrimination. He suggested that the
BVB wants to promote the concepts of diversification and tolerance.
"Borussia Dortmund are strictly against any form of discrimination, violence and radical right-wing [tendencies]," a letter to the press, signed by CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke, read.

"Borussia Dortmund explicitly underline that tolerance and diversity are central values in the identity of our club,” he added.
The general manager further added that they are happy to integrate footballers from all over the world to join a mutual cause. He said that this process is being followed in all age groups at the club starting from the Under-9
team up until the senior side.

"We are proud that we unite and integrate players of different nationalities and religious orientations - from the Under-9s to the professional team," he was quoted as saying in an interview.

"Responsibility in coherence with extremist remarks from supporters signifies an obligation for Borussia Dortmund to take consequent counter-measures on the foundation of the constitution," he mused.
Watzke stated this discrimination from the right-wing fans have forced the club to act and stressed again that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. He confirmed that they will take action against the perpetrators. Furthermore,
he also urged the media, fan groups and police to eradicate the problem.
