  1. hack it. these guys have guides, guides, apps, i even saw one that lets you use the psp as a remote using the ir port.

  3. depends... do you have custom firmware on it? if you dont,then i guess the coolest thing you could do with it is putting demos on it, new themes, or upgrading it for new features
