Dos anyone know/have a decent bank?

Has anyone come across a good bank in the UK yet? One that's heard of customer service and doesn't say no to everything you ask them.

If you are accustom to the way US banks do business, you'll find UK banks really slow and formal.  However, I found it charming after a while.  Once you get to know your banker, things get much easier.  However, transactions still take a long time.   BTW.  I used Barkley.
