  1. There was a power surge in the Cascades Two substation  of  a PG&amp;E subsidiary in Klamath Falls. This knocked out two transformers which supplied power to the aforementioned businesses.  A moose carcass was found inside the fence at the substation and was apparently able to jump the protective fence as it was in heat.


  2. Big Foot was messing with the transformers.
