For what? I used to work for them as a Flight Manager but that was when they were managed by a UK company. If you are talking about becoming a pilot then I doubt it will happen and even if it did you could not live on the salary they pay.

Sorry but there is very little chance of you getting a job as a Flight Engineer. Firstly they have an abundance of internal resources and second where will you get the training? If you do manage to get a job (and good luck I hope I am wrong) you will also need to be able to speak Russian and /or Ukranian.

Yes - they hire foreigners when locals are not available for a particular job.
