  1. Basically, when you see it squatting pick it up and run to the litter box or put it outside. It will soon get the message. But you have to take the time to do that. Also; everyday before you got to bed or to work or wherever put it on the litterbox or outside (if outside keep a close eye on it). And eventually it will understand not to excrete in the house.

  2. there is no way to potty train a puppy fast you have to take the time to put in with it and then it will be trained

  3. I know this is gross but if it pees on the floor rub it's nose in it! Also if it is sniffing around show it the door and let it out.

    Hope it works!

  4. I have trained all of the dogs I have owned by "crate" training. It takes a little patience in the beginning, but it works.

Buy your puppy a crate that is big enough for the dog to move around in, but not too big at first (too big the dog may use the restroom in the crate). In the mornings, take your puppy outside. When you come back in, put him in the crete. Leave for work. As soon as you get home, take your puppy outside.

You will also be able to use the crate as a place to put your puppy at night time, when guest are over, when you are not able to watch him (while cooking, showering), etc.

Your puppy will soon learn that the create is his "home", and will not use the restroom in his home.

You will still need to watch your puppy while he is out, and to take him outside often in the beginning (every 3-4 hours). Let him know where the door is. I would also say to my dogs, "do you need to go outside?" and go to the door. This made the dog aware to go to the door, and the dogs picked up on "go" and they knew it was time to go outside.

At this time, my dogs weigh about 50-60 pounds, age 2 & 7 years old, and their crates are big enough for me to crawl inside so the crates can be used through out the dogs life not just during puppy days.

Hope this helps, and there are many articles on the internet.

  5. There is no way to do it "fast".

You have to be consistent and patient.  Remember a puppy is still a baby and is still learning bladder control.  You can avoid accidents by using supervision and taking the pup out often, before the pup needs to go.  Crate the pup when you cant supervise.

  6. The fastest way is to take the puppy out a lot lot lot lot until thats the only place he knows where to use the bathroom. it takes about 2 weeks. make sure you praise him every time he goes outside

  7. The more you watch your puppy and are on top of it the faster it will learn.  If you give it free reign to roam where ever he pleases he will go in the house you won't know and he will think that it is ok.  You have to take him out almost hourly and at the first sign of him finding a place to potty.  Make sure to give him plenty of praise for going outside and if you catch him every time he will learn quickly.  He will have better control of his bladder when he reaches 4-6 months.  I would definitely use a crate whenever you are not at home.

  8. When potty training a young puppy it is best to leave him in his crate if you can not keep an eye on him at all times, then as soon as you take him out of the crate take him outside and say "go potty" and as soon as he does reward him. If he is out of his crate you should be constantly watching him, and as soon as he tries to go in the house say "NO" in a firm voice and take him outside. eventually he will learn that if he has to go, he should go to the door. My all my dogs learned this probably within a week.

  9. There's no fast way to housetrain a puppy.  Use the crate training method (read up on it online) and supervise the puppy when you're home.  Take it out about every two hours and also thirty minutes after meals.  Puppies are just like babies and can't control their bodily functions for a few months.

  10. It doesn't happen overnight.  There's no fast way to do it, or else everyone would be doing it that way.  If you brought home a puppy, you should've been prepared for the time needed to care for it.

  11. there isnt one way to do it fast but i can give you a few great tips.

.dont do around the clock feeding and watering. only put these down at certain feeding times so you can schedule when you need to take your dog out because if he can eat and drink whenever he wants then he will be able to go to the bathroom whenever he wants.

.only punish him with a stern no and takeing him outside right away when you catch him in the act. if its after the fact he wont know what he did wrong.

.its best to do the feeding times 3 times a day and make sure to take your dog outside 30 minutes to an hour after he eats.

.take him for one final pee walk before you go to bed at night so he wont have accidents in the middle of the night.
