Dose any one have good vollyball over hand tips?

i just made the vollyball team and i really like it but i cant figure out how to do an overhand serve.

im just realllllllllly bad at it.

  1. It's all about control! Try practicing at home with different hand positions and I am sure you will find your's...Good Luck!
