CHIBI VAMPIRE!!

It's called Karin as the anime.

It's GREAT. My favourite manga ever.

It's about a vampire named Karin (she's 16-ish, I think) and her family, but she's not a blood-sucking vampire, she's a blood-giving vampire. And then she falls in love with a human...yatta yatta.

But it's really cute and comical! I love it!

Tenchi Muyo! is fairly good. There are several versions, but they follow the same basic theme. It is about a boy in Japan that finds out that his Grandfather is really from another world. In finding that out, he also gets acquainted with two female police officers, two princesses a female mad scientist and a female pirate, all of who like him. In the US you can buy it edited or unedited. Be warned, the unedited versions say 13+ but this are more adult that we would consider proper for a 13 year old in the US
