Dose anybody know the time of year when plane tickets to Israel/Palistine are the cheapest?

i need to know this because i am planning on going to Israel

next summer and i have noticed that the prices are doing nothing but rising so i wanna know if there will be a time when prices will go WAYYY down or if i should just go ahead and buy a ticket now?

yes it would be during the winter months of a year and not close to new years or christmas
