Hey, i was wandering if maybe anyone had an empty virtual credit card that they have used all/most of the money on it up, i know theres no way someone will trust me with a full one, but if you can i swear i wont try and use it. i just want to use it to verify my paypal account.. i have $28 on my paypal and its refusing to let me spend it because im nto verified =\ and i have no other way to verfiy.its by that or checking/savings account.. and i dont realy know how safe it would be to give me that.. but like i said, i wont do anything, i just wana verify my paypal account, so if u can help, id greatly apreciate it ^.^

Why don't you buy a reloadable credit card and put $20 on it?  Hate to say it, but if anyone offers you a credit card, and it is stolen, you could be in a ton of trouble. Use your head for more than a headrack!
