My father is in business and can anyone give me... of what Vermont's land is used for? Can you give me 5 sentence?

Vermont's land use is primarily dominated by farmland used in dairy and forested areas with primarily conifers.  In the past the abundance of trees made Vermont good for lumber but deforestation led to a decline in this sector.  In recent years these forests have recovered.  In some areas much of Vermont has begun becoming developed.  Basically Vermont is pretty undeveloped and is mostly farms and open forests with some smaller cities located in a few parts of the state.
