Wow that looks cool.

However, it doesn't cover her chest. Its not a proper hijab. Its more like a fashion statement.

you pull the scarf back behind you.. and taking the 2 points plus the middle tip end (if a triangle, it will have 3 ends).. sort of roll up the end pionts and braid.. add a fancy knot and you have it...

I've done it with two long scarfs and rolled it up at the back to make a braided bun (mine was pale blue with pale pink) One scarf was much thinner in fabric then the other, Take the two lengths together and tie it on your head knotting them at the back separately. Take the two pieces of one colour (the thinner scarf) and put them together and the other two lengths separately then braid them and you can put something to fasten like the lady on the picture. i usually just make the braid or twist two colours together then make a bun at the back of my head securing them with scarf pins but leave one length of the thinner scarf without braiding and bring it around to the front and pin next to my ear on the other side to cover my neck and chest.

It's pretty weird looking!!

If i had to do that i would cut it into 3 strips (which would look real bad cuz all these strings n stuff would be hanging off) then braid it :D

Maybe it's just me, but the fashion statements being made by models wearing hijab seem to go against why allah wants you to wear one.  The colors, designs, braids are all for attracting attention and feeling pretty.

Appears as though she has used a second piece of fabric.

Her hijab is the orange colour, and the second colour inside of the braid is blue. So it is possible she has a second layer beneath the upper layer?

It's very neat and pretty!
