you have to install flash player onto your mobile...

if that is not possible then....

this can help you... use ' zillatube '

It will help download youtube videos and convert them to mobile video format... then just transfer it to your mobile device.

It is the easiest way (and also the fastest).

I always download the video from website, then I convert the videos to iphone supported video, finally I can put and watch the video on the iphone.

Well there is an app in the appstore called vSnax, it is a lot like youtube with really cool features, plus it is free, check it out!
