Dose anyone know what bus goes from Puebla to Acapulco and how much is it?

You need to take an ADO bus from Puebla to Mexico City Taxque station,  also called Mexico City Sur.  They run about hourly and cost about 112 pesos.  See 1st site below.  Then get an Estrella de Oro bus to Acapulco. They also run about hourly.  See 2nd site.  Price ranges from 347 to 475 pesos depending on whether you take a 1st class or luxury bus.

I dont think there would be a bus between Acapulco and Puebla. You would need to catch the bus to Mexico City and then change to a different bus to Puebla.
